Tuition Fee Schedule (2024-2025 School Year)
Grade Level Tuition Fees
Kindergarten €3500 per year *summer not included
Grade 1-2* €5,000 per year
Grade 3-4* €5,000 per year
Grade 5-6* €8,000 per year
Grade 7-8* €8,000 per year

Materials Fee (all grade levels) €250

Materials Fee

A mandatory €250 student capital fee is applied to all students. This fee covers classroom supplies, technology, local field trips, and other expenses essential for enhancing student learning both in and out of the classroom. This is payable with the first month's tuition.

Lunch Fee
Lunch service is €50 monthly

Sibling Discount (2 children)
When enrolling two children at our school, a 10% discount is applied to the tuition for each child.

Sibling Discount (3 children)
When enrolling three children at our school, a 15% discount is applied to the tuition for each child.

(The materials fee and enrollment fee are not eligible for discounts.)

Staff Discount
Children of school employees are eligible for special discounts. These staff discounts are evaluated and approved individually by the school board.

Need-Based Financial Assistance
Overview
​Our mission is to make excellent education accessible to students from all economic backgrounds. Our need-based financial assistance program is designed to help bridge the gap between a family's financial capacity and the actual cost of education. We are committed to ensuring that financial constraints do not prevent deserving students from accessing our programs.

We offer financial assistance that can cover up to 80% of tuition costs based on need. However, the availability of these funds is limited, and not all qualifying students will receive the maximum assistance. Most awards will be less than the full 80%. Financial assistance is granted annually and requires reapplication each year to verify continued need.

Please note that the enrolment fee, and material fee are not eligible for discounts.
To be considered for financial assistance, families must demonstrate their financial need through a detailed and confidential application process. This evaluation considers income, assets, and financial responsibilities to determine the amount of support required.
Application Process
Families interested in applying for financial assistance must complete and submit the Financial Aid Application form along with all necessary financial documentation by the specified deadline. Accurate financial disclosure is essential for consideration, and assistance cannot be granted without this information.
The Financial Aid Committee will review all applications confidentially. Additional information may be requested to fully understand each family's financial situation. The amount of assistance granted will depend on the availability of funds and the needs of all applicants, with a limited number of discounted spaces allocated per grade.

Notification of Aid
Families will be informed of their financial aid award via email as part of the enrollment process. Awards are issued for one academic year and must be renewed annually. The amount of assistance may vary each year depending on the family’s financial situation and available funds.

Renewal Requirements
To continue receiving financial assistance, the following conditions must be met:

Privacy Assurance
We ensure the highest level of confidentiality for all financial information provided by families. Any data submitted for financial aid purposes is used exclusively to evaluate and determine aid eligibility. This information is securely maintained for as long as the student is enrolled. All records related to family income and financial details are deleted once a student graduates or leaves the school.
